Decidere di sposarsi significa pensare, immediatamente dopo, all’abito, al luogo dove organizzare la cerimonia, alla scelta dei decori e dei colori, alla ricerca dei fornitori, all’invio delle partecipazioni.
E non è tutto. Non bisogna dimenticare, infatti, che il matrimonio prima di tutto è un evento che ha valore sia sul piano civile che su quello religioso. Per questo motivo, questa scelta comporta tutta una serie di pratiche burocratiche da espletare.
Di seguito, facciamo un breve ripasso di tutti i documenti necessari. Iter per il rito civile
I due futuri sposi devono recarsi con almeno due mesi di anticipo (meglio se prima) presso l’Ufficio di Stato Civile del Comune di residenza di uno dei due e richiedere i seguenti documenti: – Carta d’Identità (nel caso fosse scaduta)
– Atto di nascita – Certificati di cittadinanza, di stato libero e di residenza
– Sentenza di divorzio (nel caso uno dei due promessi sia divorziato) o di morte nel caso di vedovanza
Dopo aver ottenuto i documenti, ha inizio l’iter secondo il quale si stabilisce la data per il giuramento e, dopo la promessa, avviene l’esposizione alla porta del Comune delle pubblicazioni. Scaduto il tempo richiesto, il Comune rilascia il “nulla osta” per il matrimonio.
Se uno dei due partner è straniero, sarà necessario presentare i seguenti documenti:
– Documento d’identità in corso di validità
– Permesso di soggiorno
– Certificato di nascita
– Certificato di stato libero in bollo
– Certificato di residenza in bollo
– Certificato di divorzio o vedovanza (nel caso fosse necessario) proveniente dal paese di origine
Iter per il rito religioso
Bisogna, innanzitutto, procurarsi i documenti necessari presso l’ufficio del Comune, poi parlare con il parroco e verificare la sua disponibilità. Fatto ciò, sarà indispensabile reperire i seguenti documenti:
– Attestati religiosi (Battesimo e Cresima)
– Certificato di Stato Libero Ecclesiastico (da richiedere se si proviene da un’altra Diocesi)
– Attestazione di frequenza del corso prematrimoniale
– Coppia dell’Atto di morte (nel caso di vedovanza di uno dei due futuri sposi)
– Documento di annullamento di un eventuale matrimonio precedente da parte della Sacra Rota
Anche in questo caso, dopo aver raccolto e portato al parroco tutta la documentazione, verranno affisse in parrocchia le pubblicazioni e vi resteranno per otto giorni. Trascorso questo tempo, la coppia potrà convolare a nozze.
